Update Quickstart for Processing

ignore compiled processing files + exe

-NEW QUICKSTART
-Updated folder structure

Updated python and processing for cmd start with args
to be used in batch files for quickstart

- Added quickstart

Boid.pde:
- changed intial action to ignoring by setting the radius to 0

- added paragraph about Setting the observation frequency / action duration

- Added section about the expected behaviour of the pretrained pickle file

-Updating section about stagnation: "3. Find your setting"

Deleted software/processing/ES_RL_Button_OSC/ES_RL_Button_OSC.pde

-Add explanation to the flocking images 
-Explanation about shared model
-Explanation about visual representation
